Luke 923 Ministry

Hello, we are Dan & Peggy Neubert. We live, work, worship, and serve in St. Charles County.

Luke 923 Ministry's mission is to provide love and hope to the homeless and to those in need through emergency and transitional housing along with services leading to self-sufficiency and self-worth.

Since 2012, we have been on the streets in St. Charles County, Missouri, rebuilding and bettering the lives of the homeless by bridging the gap from being homeless to being home. Since then we have helped over 100 people move into permanent housing.
